Celebrating 125 years of the Junior League

2026 marks a historic milestone for the Junior League Movement, 125 years of women coming together to lead, serve, and create lasting change in communities around the world. What began in 1901 as a small but bold idea has grown into a powerful network of nearly 300 Leagues and more than 110,000 women, united by a shared commitment to our Mission in advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
